Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Marketing Manager to join our team and manage our marketing strategy helping increase brand awareness, drive growth and expand our client base. As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing initiatives tailored to the unique needs of our business.

This role will suit a strong all rounder, looking to expand their knowledge and keen to advance their career over the next 3 years.

You will be working closely with the CMO, Head of People and Sales team to deliver the marketing and communications plan.

Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Management:

    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.

    • Act as brand guardian ensuring brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual identity are consistent throughout all channels.

    • Nurture and expand our network of industry partners, associations, and influencers to amplify our reach and credibility within the professional services sector.

  2. Demand Generation:

    • Work with the CMO on a Demand Generation plan aligned with Sales to reach target accounts through focused efforts around inbound and outbound activities

  3. Content Marketing:

    • Create a thought leadership plan through content creation, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and other collateral.

  4. Digital Marketing:

    • Own the website including content updates & performance reporting

    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.

  5. Events Management

    • Plan & manage ongoing events for Tableau and Alteryx user groups as well as senior executive roundtables, breakfast briefings and other events we plan.

  6. Sales Support

    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and sales enablement tools to support business development efforts.

  7. Performance & ROI

    • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

  8. Budget Management 

    • Manage marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the professional services or technology sector.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on lead generation, demand generation, and customer acquisition.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for different audiences and channels.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Hubspot, Canva and Google Analytics.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.

  • Creative thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Passion for data-driven marketing and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 range plus Health Insurance, Pension Contribution; 25 days holidays and 12 learning and development days per annum. Excellent work life balance. The role is hybrid, with your time being spent in the office for team meetings and working from home as suits.
