Salary: €40,000 + Commission; expected OTE €55k plus Health Insurance, Pension Contribution; 25 days holidays and 12 learning and development days per annum.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Tableau & Alteryx Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing existing customer relationships, ensuring license renewals, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires a passion for technology, strong attention to detail, and the ability to understand and solve client problems effectively.

Responsibilities: 

Client Relationship Management:


  • Establish and nurture trusted, strategic technical advisor relationships with existing clients.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and value.


License Renewals and Customer Retention:


  • Manage the renewal process for Tableau and Alteryx licenses, ensuring a high renewal rate.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and align our services accordingly.

  • Address any concerns or challenges to ensure client retention and satisfaction.


Product Knowledge and Learning:


  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product releases and updates from Tableau and Alteryx.

  • Identify personal learning opportunities to enhance expertise in Tableau, Alteryx, and related technologies.

  • Share product knowledge and insights with clients to optimize their usage and benefits.


Client Requirement Gathering:


  • Conduct thorough client requirement gathering sessions to understand their goals, challenges, and expectations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate client requirements into actionable solutions.


Qualifications:


  • An appetite to blend your technical skills with a commercial role.

  • Excellent knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits.

  • Confident in presenting

  • Good numerical skills to handle estimates, quotes and pricing for customers. 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to proactively identify and address client needs.

  • Desire to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic industry.
